Description : This beautiful holiday home is located in the countryside, outside the centre of Odiliapeel. From where ever you look out of the window, you will see fields, sheep and trees. In these relaxed surroundings and in this attractively furnished holiday home you will certainly come to rest.
This accommodation is equipped with all conveniences. There is a lovely living room with a gas fire that immediately creates atmosphere. In the garden you will find a spa bath and in the basement you will find a sauna and a luxurious bathroom. The children have also been thought of. High chairs and a cot are available. For safety's sake, stair gates have also been installed. And in the fully enclosed garden there is a large trampoline. Everything has been thought of for a wonderful stay with a group of up to 12 people. For example, the well-equipped kitchen has no less than two refrigerators so there is plenty of room for groceries. The six bedrooms all have a washbasin and comfortable box-spring beds. There is a second bathroom and also things like a washing machine, freezer, dishwasher and bath are available. There is plenty of space for several cars at the accommodation. And when the weather is nice, you can have breakfast or dinner together under the roof on the terrace. What more could you want!
We can imagine that you will not want to leave if you stay here in all luxury. However, the surroundings are certainly worth exploring. The rural surroundings are very suitable for walking and cycling. The Maashorst nature reserve is a beautiful nature reserve with well-marked walking and cycling paths. There is a gnome's path for children and a mountain bike trail for sports enthusiasts. With children, Billy Bird Park Hemelrijk is highly recommended. In the nearby town of Odiliapeel, you can do your daily shopping. In Uden, you'll find a wide range of shops and restaurants. Are you a fan of cities? Then definitely visit the city centre of 's Hertogenbosch.
Remarks : On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 20:00 hours at this holiday home
Charging an electric car at the vacation home is not possible and not allowed.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
COVID-19 Conditions:
- 2 weeks before arrival we assess the travel situation. If it appears that in the 2 weeks before arrival new measures will be taken, we will wait for the official announcement. We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment.
- We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.
- If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately.
- If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week.
So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply.
- For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge.
- Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge.
- Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling.
Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.
