Located just a few steps from the Villaroger chairlift, the chalet offers excellent access to the ski area of Les Arcs - Paradiski. You can ski back to the chalet. The chalet disposes of a sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi, a scandinavian stove (pellets) and free wi-fi. Enjoy a very spacious and cosy three-storey chalet. The chalet features 12 bedrooms, 10 of them have their en-suite bathroom. In addition, each bedroom has a tv. The harmony between a traditional mountain chalet and its high living comfort makes it an unique accommodation. Top floor: The large living room with sofas, large-screen TV (with BlueRay/DVD, free Netflix) and wood-burning stove creates a warm atmosphere. There is also a small bar with 2 refrigerators. Access to the balcony, a separate toilet. In the dining room there are large tables that comfortably seat 26 people. The professional kitchen is equipped with two large refrigerators, a freezer and hot plates. On the same floor there are two bedrooms with private bathroom and access to the balcony, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bunk bed. Upper floor: On this floor there are 5 rooms: three rooms with two beds each, one room with a double bed and one room with two single beds and a bunk bed. Each room has its own bathroom. Access to the spacious terrace with private outdoor Jacuzzi (approx. 4-6 persons; included in the rental fare) and sun loungers. Ground floor: On this level is the main entrance of the chalet. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with its own bathroom. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Enjoy a sauna session after skiing (for about 4-6 persons); shower and toilet complete the sauna area. On the same level there is a large cold storage room. Ski room with electric boot dryers. The maximum capacity of the chalet is 26 persons, even if there are more sleeping accommodations. Up to 2 additional persons on request. Bread service possible at restaurant (~50 m). In summer: use of outdoor jacuzzi optional (discount of 150 EUR for non-use). Next to the chalet there are 6 private parking spaces available to guests free of charge. Location on the edge of the Vanoise National Park. In Villaroger you will find two Savoy restaurants, about 50 m and 200 m from the chalet. Other restaurants, a grocery store, a tobacco and press shop are located in Ste. Foy en Tarantaise, 3 km away, on the road to Tignes and Val d'Isère. In Bourg St. Maurice, 13 km away, there is a variety of shops of all kinds, supermarkets, sports shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs, the Beaufort cheese cooperative, the TGV station, etc. Ski Info Chalet altitude: ~1,220 m; ski area up to 3,250 m, with the two glaciers Aiguille Rouge and Bellecôte. Ski area Villaroger - Les Arcs - Paradiski, with 425 km of alpine slopes and 175 ski lifts. Longest black ski run in the Alps from Aiguille Rouge (altitude 3 226 m) down to Villaroger, more than 2 000 meters vertical drop. The connection to Arc 2000 is feasable on easy and moderate ski runs. The chairlift Replat starts in Villaroger and can be used free of charge. Villaroger has an excellent reputation as a Mecca for freeride skiers (at one's own risk, alpine guide recommended). NEW: ski school ESF in Villaroger (with ski kindergarten) at the chair lift. Several spectacular fun-parks in the sector Les Arcs. Tip: Villaroger is perfectly suitable as a starting point for ski safaris to the surrounding areas.
