This spacious and nicely renovated two-storeyed brick holiday home is situated 10 km south of Nyborg. It is situated on a plot only 20 metres from the beach and offers lovely views over the Great Belt, especially from the first floor. The house is very suitable for several families as it contains 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms with colour TVs. There are 5 bedrooms and a spacious bedloft which has been divided into 2 sleeping divisions. Very good angling possibilities by the coast. Smaller brook along the plot. Space for 4-5 cars or public parking lot near the holiday home. Room for max. 14 persons. Wellness division with jacuzzi, sauna, WC and shower. The privat part of the annex is used by the owner.
