This elegant villa, a former farmhouse, is situated a few steps from Lake Garda and is immersed in a park with olive trees and a large swimming pool. Through a short tunnel, you can reach a nearby beach with restaurants and boat rental. In the surrounding area there are riding school, golf course and bike trails. The village of Padenghe is 10 minutes away. The property is on two floors; on the ground floor there are three living rooms and a dining room with stone fireplace, kitchen, toilet, porch with barbecue. On the first floor are four double bedrooms, one twin-bedroom and three bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms is equipped with ensuite bathroom and sauna. The pool has a whirlpool corner, an upstream swimming system and a nearby changing room with bath. Outside the house, a laundry room is accessible. In the park is a fenced green area with wooden house for your dog. A safe and a covered parking is available. Beside amusement parks, Lake Garda offers a variety of attractions: music, theatre, food and wine, sports and art. On request it is also possible to book an extra cleaning.
