This small nice well-kept house is located in the country but still close to several nice towns. Katrineholm is about 19 km away if you want to get away on an excursion.
The house itself is next to the owner's house, but you do not see each other as the houses have their patios in different directions. In the large nice conservatory you can sit on the sofa and cuddle or eat your meals at the dining room table. In fine weather, just open up the glass sections that face the back of the house. At the front there is a newly built terrace with a large wooden deck and outdoor furniture with a tent roof over it, which protects against both strong sun or rain. There is also a barbecue for cozy barbecues. Household electricity is included in the price, charging of an electric car is not included and is paid on site to the owner.
The house is well planned with living room and kitchenette when you enter the downstairs, there is also a separate toilet room, shower room and sauna as well as an exit to the conservatory. Upstairs is the loft with a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed and a wood burning stove for chilly autumn evenings.
At one end of the garden, the owner has a flea market, so you can take the opportunity to bargain.
At Lake Yngaren, about 3 km away, there is both a public bathing place and next to it you can find your own bathing places from rocks. There are also canoe trails and nice hiking trails.
Within a radius of 40 km there are many castles and manors to look at, and during the summer there are many farm shops, flea markets and cafes in the area.
The cities of Norrköping, Nyköping and Eskilstuna are 5, 4 and 7 miles. To the small town of Trosa with its cozy houses and with the Trosa River flowing through, it is 70 km. If you want to visit Kolmården, it is about 40 km there.

Here there are narrow roads with pretty wooden houses and green gardens with nice atmosphere which is peaceful for the soul. You will find a lot of soft forests paths, glittering water and wonderful archipelagos. Furthermore the landscape is characterized by castles, manors, hills and twisting small roads. The author, Selma Lagerlöf, often described Södermanland with the words “den sköna lustgården” i.e. the beautiful pleasure garden.
There are about 400 castles and manors in Södermanland, and many of them are open to the public.
For instance you could visit the famous Gripsholm Castle in Mariefred or the prime minister’s holiday home, Harpsund, where you can go for a walk in the beautiful garden.
