From its extensive grounds to the games facilities and within walking distance of the village restaurants and other amenities, le Mas Clairval ticks all the boxes! This impressive property has been entirely renovated in 2018 with all the mod cons and amenities needed for the perfect family holiday. The interior living areas, with their light, comfortable interiors, offer ample space for a large family gathering or two families holidaying together. On the ground floor is a delightful salon-style lounge with a traditional stone fireplace, next to a TV area complete with Internet TV, play station 4 and a football table.

Each of the five bedrooms enjoys its own ensuite facilities and for supreme comfort, the villa is air-conditionned thoughout. The highlight of Mas Clairval is the outdoor living areas with the main terrace that overlooks the large swimming pool, sun terrace and petanque field, whilst many other outside facilities such as a pool table or tennis table are also available. The owners are taking great pride in their property and constantly improving the facilities, with a brand new hot tub, sauna and summer kitchen available for the start of the 2020 season. Last but not least, the villa location is hard to beat, very secluded yet just a five minute walk to the lovely French village of Peymeinade with its good selection of bars, restaurants, bakery and local market. Please note that the guardian lives in a separate building at the entrance of the property (not visible from the villa) and looks after the garden and the pool.
