Villa Leo is a modern villa located on a hill just 6 km from the Adriatic sea and the city of Fano, and 1 km from the nearest services. Surrounded by a delightful fenced garden, it has a beautiful infinity pool with hydromassage area and offers perfect privacy for an ultimate holiday. The villa is spread onto 2 floors and offers large outdoor areas equipped with table tennis, billiard table and sunbathing area. From the entrance you access the living room, with TV and fireplace, followed by the dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen with American fridge with ice maker. A beautiful and spacious terrace is accessible from both the living room and the kitchen and furnished for outdoor dining. On this floor there is a bedroom with 2 French beds and a toilet. Going down to the basement floor, we find 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, jacuzzi and sauna. There is also another double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two French beds and a second bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The laundry room is also located in the basement with access from the outside. The house is completely fenced and perfect also for those who want to bring their dog. In less than 5 minutes, you reach Fano, a city that overlooks the soft beaches of the Adriatic Sea. The city founded in the Romanesque period, still preserves the beautiful ancient walls, the Arch of Augustus and a historical center to be discovered. Events, festivals, restaurants, beach clubs, cycle paths make this city always lively and active. Highly recommended are also the beautiful cities and villages inland, from Urbino to Mondolfo, Fossombrone and others. There are as well many wine cellars and producers of exquisite gastronomic products worth visiting, in addition to the various activities to do by the sea such as sport fishing and sailing.Pool open from May to September
