Kronberg stands at the centre of the wine district and is located 15 km towards north of the city limits of Vienna and is reachable in 15 minutes through A5 Expressway. Extensive meadows, fields and vineyards dominate the landscape. This single-family home stands on the outskirts of the town with the same name in a serene location with wonderful view towards west (view of the evening sun!). This home furnished in country style stands on a hill and is accessible through a staircase and a huge terrace. From the terrace, there is another entrance to the living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 people. On the opposite side of the living room, there is an entrance to the balcony with a beautiful, panoramic view. A second house, which belongs to the house of the landlord, is situated on the hill, where there is a fenced natural garden. Town centre with post office, a small supermarket and local wine tavern (locally known as Heuriger) is just 10 minutes away from here by walking. Summer pools in Wolkers Village are just 7 km from here and riding options are just 3 km away. Numerous museums, castles and vineries with tasting options (with green Veltiners) are accessible by car from this home. City centre of Vienna (35 km) or the adventure park called Prater of Vienna (30 km) are reachable by car in good traffic conditions in just 30 minutes.
