Holiday house on several levels a short distance from the center of Champoluc, in a quiet area and with a splendid view of the surrounding mountains. A double bedroom and a bathroom are located in the basement, where there is also a sauna for two persons. Outdoor lawn area equipped for outdoor meals. Champoluc (1565 m a.s.l)) is a village in the Ayas Valley. The ski lifts of the Monte Rosa Sky area are 1.2 km away. In addition to the slopes (180 km), the area offers free rides, heli-skiing, rock climbing school (with the possibility of climbing icefalls and guided snowshoe tours), ski touring and summer skiing, down hill. The location is also ideal for summer stays. Trekking lovers will be able to take numerous paths to discover the most beautiful corners of the valley. Do not miss a visit to the beautiful Gran Paradiso National Park, where during your excursions in contact with nature, you can come across the local fauna. Do not forget the art and the culture of this region! And after a lot of sport, excursions and cultural visits, taste some products of the culinary tradition, such as lard of Arnad and Fontina cheese. 22 km away there is Saint Vincent with its famous thermal and spa facilities, ideal for enjoying moments of well- being. Turin, the first capital of Italy, is 95 km away with the famous Egyptian museum and the Mole Antonelliana. The fireplace in the accommodation is only decorative.
