It is also close to the beautiful Venetian cities that can be visited in one-day excursions: Belluno (8 km) rich in monuments of various periods, such as the medieval Piazza del Mercato and the gothic Church of Santo Stefano, Longarone (8 km), Feltre (40 km), Cortina (60 km) the pearl of the Dolomites, Vittorio Veneto (30 km) with the historical center of Serravalle, Treviso (65 km) and Venice (100 ) easily reachable by train. Also the smaller villages of the area and the famous Venetian Villas built between 16th and 19th centuries deserve a visit. The area offers a rich gastronomic offer: from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene runs the “Prosecco road”; while in Pedavena (40 km) there is a historic brewery famous all over Europe.
