42 km east of Oulu, lake Heikkilänjärvi 120 m (lake length 1,1 km, width 0,6 km), rather shallow bottom, sandy beach, partially soft and muddy, land pier, own rowboat. Duckboard to shore.

Wooden cottage, built in 2017. Kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with bunk bed. Sauna with wood-heated stove and boiler for water heating, utility room / dressing room, separate toilet / shower room. Spacious entrance hall and covered terrace.

Outbuilding in yard where a room for sleeping. Room has sofa bed, underfloor heating and electric light.
Carport for two cars. Lean-to in the courtyard. Korpirinne is modern villa in a quiet area. A neighboring cottage on the other side of the villa, no neighbors on the terrace side. Surrounding areas has marshland, including between the cottage and shore. Good berry picking areas.

Snowmobile trail 5 km, to which the junction is 200 m away. Forest roads and paths suitable for hiking and mountain biking.
Nuijamiesten Lava, popular dance floor 8 km, Sankivaara golf course 28 km, Eden Spa 48 km. Oulu center services 45 km.
